REGULATOR
ENFORCEMENT
ACTION PLANS

With increasing scrutiny from the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE), welfare provision is fast becoming a frontline compliance issue across the offshore wind sector. As part of routine or reactive inspections, the HSE is expected to prioritise welfare during site visits—particularly at remote assets and during construction activities.

Where standards are deemed to fall short, Notices of Contravention, Improvement Notices or even Prohibition Notices are highly likely. The consequences—financial, operational and reputational—are of course unpleasant.

Wind-Fare offers a specialist Regulator Enforcement Action Plan service to help you respond swiftly and effectively to HSE intervention. Whether you're facing formal enforcement or have received early warning from inspectors, we provide:

  • Expert analysis of the non-compliance raised

  • A clear, achievable action plan to rectify deficiencies

  • Ongoing liaison support with the regulator, if required

  • ALARP and site assessment services to underpin the response

We work with you to resolve enforcement issues with credibility, technical rigour and urgency—restoring compliance and protecting your project timeline.
